Setting up a plan and routine
I’ve found in life to get anything done properly, you have to set goals, plans or a routine, write it down get it onto paper so you can actually see what your trying to do. On this diet, 11 months later I have a definite set routine,
9am Breakfast, 1pm apple & drink, 5pm dinner & pudding, 8pm orange & drink, that’s it nothing else, no picking, no secret journeys to McDonalds or up the pub, FOCUS is the key. And getting organized, preparing the meals takes a while, chopping up all the salad and fruit, it doesn’t do itself.
I find it’s fun now when we go shopping, we use Home Bargains, Lidls and Morrison’s to get most of the products, Morrison’s if you time it right sell off fruit etc cheap( like 5p) if it’s on its sell by date so watch out for this, can save loads, I bought 19 packs of spring onions recently, they never go off, we’ll not the speed I eat them lol

Today’s dinner Seabass with herbs(sea salt, black pepper, sage & thyme) on all the salad you can eat, ( watercress, wild rocket, lettuce, tomatoes, radish, cucumber, spring onions, peepers ( 3 colors), garlic, jalapeños, olives, stuffed chilies, plus more, There’s a lot of nutrition on this plate, and not too many calories, Luvly jubbly.
