
As the title says “ not 5 a day but 25 a day”, that’s what I’m on and have been for over 11 months now, and it has helped me to lose over 4 stone (26 kilos), I’m not going to list them all, but around half are fruit and the other half is salad & veg as in the photos, all in one sitting as well this can’t be to be bad for ones health now can it.

I’ve also stopped drinking alcohol, this is obviously another big factor in the weight loss, as we all know alcohol has loads of calories, and the amount I was consuming in a week I had absolutely no chance of ever losing any weight, in fact I was piling on the pounds, at one time around 6 years ago I topped 123 kilos (19 st 5 lbs), I currently weigh 84 kilos ( 13 st 2 lbs), I’ve been on this diet for 11 months when I started then I was 110 kilos, so if you stay focused it can be done, my target is 75 kilos (11 st 8 lbs)
