Dinner ( not 5 a day, more like 25 a day)

Tuna with salad, tonight’s dinner full of goodness and micro- nutrients, all the right stuff if your on a diet. I do add a low fat salad cream for extra flavour.
The preparation always takes a time but I enjoy it as I know the end product is good for me, just wish I had started doing this years ago, it’s all about education on nutrition,something that I think should be taught in schools, it might help the NHS in years to come, if people knew exactly how their own bodies worked, perhaps they would think twice about shoving a bar chocolate down on a regular basis, if they knew it would probably lead to diabetes.( another subject I’ll touch on another time)

This is tonight’s afters, around 10 different fruits in low fat natural yoghurt and a few scoops of Franks ice cream, hits the spot for me every time,
