Breakfast

Here we have the fruit I use in my brekky, I chop them all up ( see pic 2) and mix them up with low fat natural yoghurt then add the porridge bung it all in a bowl and then down the hatch, That’s me organized till around 5pm when dinner will be served.

What’s not in the photo is Blackberries which I added after I defrosted them, as I couldn’t get any fresh ones yesterday I sometimes use frozen ones as backup
Here’s another picture of me from 2013, again just out of the attic after a wiring job, Al Jolson look, but alarmingly 123 kilos. These were the days of non stop takeaways and beer like there was no tomorrow,
